We make every effort to ship your order complete and in a timely manner. In the rare event that we are unable to make a full shipment of your order, we will notify you by e-mail or telephone to give you an estimated shipping date for the delayed item(s). Any back-ordered item(s) will be shipped to you immediately upon receipt into our warehouse. Your credit card will be charged for any back orders, only after the backorder is shipped.
