  
Original-equipment PhilipsŪ D4R mercury-free Xenon HID bulb made in Germany. Exact replacement for all reflector-type HID headlamps originally calling for D4R bulbs. It is best to replace these bulbs in pairs, because as they age, the color of their light changes. Replacing only one bulb of a pair will cause the two headlamps to emit light of noticeably different color. D4R bulbs cannot be used to replace D2R bulbs, because the photometry, voltage requirements, ballasts, and base indexing are different.
